There are 4 liquid chromatography systems (FPLC) at the LMGM dedicated to the purification of proteins and nucleic acids.
3 systems are located into the cold room (8-10°C) and 1 system stays at room temperature.
The 4 systems are controlled individually by “unicorn” sofware.

- N°2 : ÄKTA Purifier10 + P960 : UV900 – Conductimètre- Frac950 – Cold room
- N°3 : ÄKTA UPC10 : UPC900 – Conductimètre – Frac920 – Cold room
- N°4 : ÄKTA UPC10 : UPC900 – Frac950 – Room temperature
